- Played a crucial role in solving major pollution issues in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, and the union territories of Puducherry, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep.
- Executed internationally recognized projects funded by WHO, the World Bank, and the US Government.
- Designed wastewater treatment and disposal facilities for over 60 industries, including tanneries, pulp & paper, textiles, chemicals & fertilizers, food, sugar, and distilleries.
- Conducted Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies for several industrial projects and expansion plans.
- Monitoring the ambient air quality of Chennai City since 1978 by installing air samplers in three activity zones: Industrial, Commercial, and Residential.
