The Project Monitoring and Planning Division of NEERI is an active interface between R&D management, R&D business development, clients servicing and project management. Mandate of PMPD includes:

Formulation and Management of projects
Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of projects
Liaison with business partner, agencies and stake holders
Intellectual property and knowledgebase and portfolio management
R&D Business Development
ISO Accreditation and related activities
NEERI performance review and technical support to Director
Annual Plan, Five Year Plan, budget and related matters
ERP implementation using R& D portal
Co-ordination of projects related to Court and NGT cases
